South African rap heavyweight K.O has released an impressive single titled “Pharadise.”
K.O joins forces with South African music star Young Stunna to create a vibrant summer anthem that captivates listeners.
“Pharadise” is a hip-hop-infused track that showcases the seamless artistry of K.O and Young Stunna, crafting a standout song.
Produced by K.O, Thabang Mangolo, Murumba Pitch, and Mnqobi Nxumalo, “Pharadise” is a gem from K.O’s forthcoming album, “Phara City.”
The “Phara City” album, featuring fourteen tracks, marks K.O’s fifth studio project and follows his earlier release, “Push It.”
Reacting to the new single and upcoming album, K.O wrote on X:
An open letter in musical form to my place of birth, my heart, my South Africa—this one’s for us.
#PharaCity my new album dropping June 13, 2025, is a mirror held up to our lives, reflecting the raw, beautiful chaos we navigate every day.
We’re a nation of hustlers, dreamers, fighters—laughing through the pain, loving through the struggle, uniting through it all.
This project is the soundtrack to that story, our story, scored with every ounce of my soul.
Pain, love, joy, ambition—these are the pillars of #PharaCity. After months of doubt, grind, and belief in the vision, I’m ready to share this time capsule with you.
Thank you for rocking with me and for being part of the Ntokozo K.O Mdluli journey for 19 years. Here’s to making you proud with this next chapter.
Quotable Lyrics:
Ngigijimisa le life e-soft
Uphelil’ ugesi tonight the lights is off
I coulda gave my sister some money but I went to Diamond Walk
Inkani nenzondo killing me slowly
I can’t believe it ithikin’ yam’ was messing with my homie
She left me lonely
Can’t see the future I think I’m mentally paralyzed
Living the phara life
Take me to paradise
