Nigerian Afrobeats and RnB singer, Tems has been nominated for the 2022 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards.
The artist who was featured on Wizid‘s global hit, ‘Essence‘ was nominated alongside Adele (UK), Camilo (Colombia), Tones and I (Australia), BTS (South Korea), Rosalía (Spain) and Olivia Rodrigo (US) in the Global Music Star category.
Furthermore, the show will be co-hosted by iCarly star Miranda Cosgrove and four-time Super Bowl champion Rob Gronkowski.
“Nickelodeon’s Kids’ Choice Awards has always been such a unique show with tons of energy, superstars and of course, lots of slimes,” Cosgrove said. “Nickelodeon has always been my family and to co-host this iconic show alongside Gronk will be a blast.”
The 2022 Kids’ Choice Awards will be held on April 9, 2022 in Santa Monica, US.

Voting is now open on the Kids’ Choice Awards website. Finally, the show will be broadcast on Nickelodeon, TeenNick, Nicktoons and Nick Jr.
