Rema has pleaded with Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU to call off the ongoing university strike.
Recall about some months ago the singer revealed on Twitter: @heisrema that he got admission to study in the prestigious University of Lagos.
“What if I told y’all I got an admission into Unilag? Lol Mom said I still need to get a degree sigh, oh well see you guys in class!”

ASUU embarked on a one-month warning strike on February 14th and extended it by another two months, over the alleged failure of the government to fulfil its agreements.
According to Rema on his Twitter handle on the 18th of April he stated that since got an admission to study in UNILAG the school has been strike.
