In the second half, Alphonso Davies scored for Bayern Munich but Madrid’s record 14 wins helped them to secure their victory. They will face another German team, Borussia Dortmund, in the Wembley final on June 1st.
Madrid’s coach, Carlo Ancelotti, described it as a magical experience, and Joselu’s last-minute goals made him a hero. He said that the team won the game with their heart, and it was an incredible feeling.
Madrid had dominated the game, but Bayern’s goalkeeper, Manuel Neuer, had made some world-class saves. Nevertheless, Joselu’s goals secured a victory for Madrid and dashed Bayern’s hopes of a trophy this year.
