Mavin stargirl, Ayra Starr has received several criticisms from fans over provocative outfit to a recent performance.

Following her choice of outfit, the singer has sparked outrage on social media, with many complaining it barely covered her body.

Meanwhile, this is not the first time the 20-year-old artist has been under fire for her signature dressing style. She faced several negative reactions from fans and social media users worldwide after sharing a picture of the skimpy outfit on Twitter, with the caption, “The audacity!”.

Despite the loud flow of criticism directed at the singer for her outfit choice, Ayra Starr refused to give in. She responded to the backlash with an interesting apology to fans.

Ayra released a voice recording on Twitter with the caption “I apologize, oh nooo, oh, wow, I’d do it again, I’d never wear short skirts again [laughs]”. She also followed it up with a snippet of her piping hit single, ‘Rush’ singing: “me no get the time for the hate and the bad energy, got my mind on my money, make e dance like Poco Lee, steady green like broccoli.”

The celestial being, as she calls herself, then caps it up by asking that fans go and stream Mavin’s recent release, ‘Won Da Mo’
