South African rapper, Sho Madjozi has made history as she becomes the first female South African artist to win at Bet Awards.
She was crowned at this years Bet Awards with the “Best New International Act” beating the likes of Nigerian artist, Teni, Headie One, Octavian, Jokair and Nesly.

She further took to her Instagram handle: @shomadjozi to thank her fans with a video post and a caption that read;
“Limpopo Champions League we did it!! Thank you so much for voting for me. Best New International Act at the 2019 #BETAwards! Thank you.”
