Nigerian singer, songwriter and actor, Chike has released his highly anticipated album project dubbed “Son of Chike.”
In maintaining his dominance in the industry, Chike delivered a beautiful and well-composed craft, ‘Son of Chike‘. The album is an ode to love, perseverance and his roots, he complements his silky RnB sound mixed with Afrobeats, and the scheme of work is undoubtedly a lovely and groovy one to vibe to.
The album has 12 solid and vibrant tracks featuring top and talented singers like Olamide, Qing Madi, Mohbad, Ladipoe, and Amaeya.
This stands as his third album work following the success of his previous albums “Boo of the Booless,” released on February 14, 2020, and “The Brother’s Keeper,” delivered in 2022.
The 12-track album features previously released singles like the chart-topping “Egwu” with the late Mohbad and “Man Not God” and also “Ego Oyibo”. In his new album, Chike pays homage to his roots, reaffirms his identity as his father’s son, asks questions of love and skillfully experiments with the iconic highlife of his eastern Nigerian heritage.
