Mavin records first lady, Tiwa Savage has joined her voice to the call for gender equality as she marks this year’s International Women’s Day.
The singer took to her Twitter handle: @TiwaSavage this morning to make the call for gender equality, with a video where she tackles gender discrimination against women.

Thus, she tweeted “Tackling gender discrimination in the law, prioritizing girls’ education and women’s health are just a couple of things we can do to help women. There is so much more. Let’s continue the journey with Global Citizen.”
Furthermore, a Twitter user replied: @__visored saying: “how about we prioritize education for all children? when u start talking only about girls and women isn’t that a form of discrimination again.”
In addition, she blessed her fans this morning with some tweets of her singing.
